The surgery is unclean and very shabby off putting for patients.

The doctors are good here and the reception staff are helpful. The area which should improve is when needing to book an appointment. If it's at the end of a month, there is difficulty in making the appointment as the next month is not on the computer yet. I also had this trouble when the midwife tried to make my next appointment. Who needs to sort this?
